Breakfast Network for Women Utilizes Business Resources and Spirituality for Success.
High Powered Wednesdays! Hosted by Michigan’s Leading Ladies of Business is a breakfast network affair for women who want to excel professionally and spiritually. The networking breakfast is held the first Wednesday of each month at Metro restaurants to inspire, empower and educate women who have determination and an entrepreneurial spirit. MLLB Network, which began in 2004, is the brainchild of Shelby Ellis and Sheri Clark Brooks. “We want to see women of all ages realize their potential by locking into the power of prayer and linking together with other entrepreneurs.” says Ms. Clark-Brooks, “The vision of MLLB is to make sure that every woman who wants to succeed in life and business knows what options are available to help her achieve that success.” The breakfast series was started as away to have women come together before work hours to get excited, focused and be encouraged.
Each month over a delectable breakfast, there is a Q& A session, select businesses are highlighted and information is exchanged by way of business cards. HPW attendees learn how to cultivate long term relationships and what it takes to start a business, or take it to the next level while developing a valuable network of resources through new business relationships. All women, regardless to career status are welcome.
