Touching on subjects pertaining to literacy, all things literary, spoken word and hip hop artists, she brings the latest news and information to Metro Detroit and surrounding cities. She also discusses with her guest, how others can get into the literary and music industry, why ministry comes into play and why it's important to get an education and give back to community. She Shines which begins airing in May will focus on ministering to and empowering women, so they can shine in their personal, professional and spiritual lives.

**Discipleship is a repentant and submitted relationship with Jesus, understanding where He is going, and going with Him! The process of following Jesus Christ our Lord, learning to manifest His character and do His works, by the empowerment and guidance of the indwelling Holy Spirit. This learning process is most efficient when we are part of a mentoring relationship with a more mature disciple, and when we study God's Word very intentionally, practicing what we learn as we learn it. One of the major goals of the learning process is the renewing of our mind by the Word and the Spirit, ridding ourselves of worldly thinking and values, and coming into agreement with God's Eternal Truth. However, all learning in this process must be applied and acted upon in our lives, in word, thought and deed, or we will simply be deceiving ourselves with religious acts.
